In the evenings relax on the patio, watch the breath-taking sunsets, enjoy a game of football or fly a kite from the adjacent burrows. The nearby town of Bideford boasts a pannier and from the pretty quay you can enjoy a trip to Lundy Island on the famous Oldenburg. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include the fishing villages of Appledore and Instow, Clovelly, Hartland, Tapeley Park, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way.

Upon entering the property, you will find yourself in the entrance hall, a perfect place to hang coats and store shoes after a long walk on the beach. To the right you will find the cosy lounge where you can snuggle up in front of the wood burner whilst watching your favourite movie on the TV/DVD. With seating for everyone the dining room is perfect for a family meal together which can be prepared in the well-equipped spacious kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, along with a breakfast bar, perfect for planning your next days adventure over a coffee. Also, on the ground floor you will find the first of the three bedrooms, a double with TV/DVD and a separate WC. Heading upstairs you will find the second and third bedrooms, a king-size and a twin. Completing the accommodation is the large bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.

Heading outside you will find the utility room located in an external outbuilding housing a washing machine and tumble dryer with space to dry wet suits, you can also find beach games and body boards for your use stored here. The patio area has garden furniture and BBQ perfect for alfresco dining on those warm summer evenings. There is private off-road parking for four cars.
